The 3 room apartment

The 3 room apartment has 75 square meters + a balcony and  is suitable for up to 4 afults and a baby .

In the living room there is a sofa, satllite TV, DVD, Video player, a hammock, bean bags and  a floccati carpet. 

In the bedroom there is a double bad, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers  and a TV

In the third room, a sofa that opens into a comfortable double bed (low), a wardrobe, an armchair, a desk, a bookcase with plenty of books, a computer and access to the balcony.

In the large anteroom there are also bookcases with books and games and a safe dposit box. 

In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator, dish washer, an electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, toaster, coffee mashine, Nespresso machine, juicer, a radio and plenty of dishes. Also a large table with 5 chairs .

Additionally there is:

A bathroom with shower and WC, hair drier
a baby cot and baby high chair

safe deposit box
washing mashine and tumble drier

an electric  iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included.
The apartment is a non smoker apartment. Smoking in the balcony only.
